LCI Frederick Inc. takes care of pulling the necessary permits. We do ask that you provide a plat or survey to ease this process.
We install all “interior” utilities for the pool, meaning utilities that connect the pool equipment pad to the pool itself. Getting utilities from the home to pool equipment pad is the homeowner’s responsibility.
LCI Frederick Inc. monitors the pool chemistry for the first 3 days and adds chemicals as needed. We partner with Pools, Patios & Porches for other maintenance. They schedule weekly visits to maintain the pool for the first month as well as an initial meeting to go over pool operations with you. We recommend the homeowner brush twice a day for the first 30 days to prevent plaster dust buildup and hardening and then once a week after that.
We can work off of the plat provided by your local government, but we do recommend a survey if there is any question about property lines before project planning begins. LCI Frederick Inc. does not survey properties.
